1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for Porró Mixed Hat tournament, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in the event.
2. Tournament Registration
2.1 Eligibility
- All participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the tournament
- Players under 18 may participate with written parental/guardian consent
- All skill levels are welcome
- Participants must be physically fit to play ultimate frisbee
2.2 Registration Requirements
- Complete and accurate information must be provided during registration
- Full payment is required to secure your spot
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment
- Team assignments are at the discretion of tournament organizers
3. Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid in full at time of registration
- Prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email
- Receipt of payment does not guarantee participation (see cancellation policy)
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Participant Cancellations
- More than 45 days before event: Full refund minus 10€ processing fee
- 15-45 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before event: No refund
- Transfers to another participant may be allowed with organizer approval
4.2 Event Cancellation by Organizers
- In case of event cancellation, partial refunds may be issued
- Organizers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses
- Partial cancellation due to weather may result in partial refunds at organizer discretion
5. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to:
- Uphold the Spirit of the Game principles of ultimate frisbee
- Treat all players, staff, and spectators with respect
- Follow all tournament rules and referee decisions
- Refrain from violent, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
Violation of the code of conduct may result in ejection from the tournament without refund.
6. Tournament Rules
- Games will be played according to WFDF rules unless otherwise specified
- Tournament format and schedule are subject to change
- Players must wear appropriate athletic attire
- Teams will be mixed-gender with equal playing time encouraged
- Organizers reserve the right to modify rules for safety or fairness
7. Health & Safety
- Participants must be in adequate physical condition to play
- Players with medical conditions should consult a physician before participating
8. Media Release
By participating, you grant Porró Mixed Hat the right to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability

10. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barcelona, Spain.
